Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the "Operator") and Jandy Internet Installation Services, operating the Jandy Tech brand ("we", "us"), for the use of JANDY: the router software, coin-box firmware, the cloud dashboard at cloud.jandy.tech and related services. By creating an account or installing JANDY you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Early access
JANDY is in early access / pilot. Features may change, and some hardware is still being tested. A device listed as "Pilot" or "Experimental" is not certified. Test on your own equipment before relying on it for business.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give true, current information.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done in your account, including by team members you invite.
- Tell us right away if you think your account was used without permission.
3. Free trial, licenses and credits
- Each router can use the 14-day free trial once, counted from when it is claimed. Trying to get repeated trials (for example by changing hardware IDs) is not allowed.
- After the trial, each vendo needs a license. 1 credit = 1 vendo for 1 year, unless a plan says otherwise. Prices are shown before you buy.
- Credits and licenses are non-refundable once applied to a vendo, except where the law requires a refund or we cannot provide the service.
- If a license ends, the vendo may stop accepting new sales until it is renewed.
4. Your responsibilities as an operator
- Follow Philippine law, including rules of the NTC, DICT, BIR and the Data Privacy Act, and get any permits your business needs.
- You are the controller of your WiFi customers' data and are responsible for informing them and handling their requests.
- You are responsible for your internet connection, your hardware, its safe electrical installation, coin handling and your prices, receipts and taxes.
- Do not use JANDY for illegal content or activity, to attack networks, or to resell our service without written permission. Do not copy, reverse-engineer or remove license checks from the software.
5. Service and availability
Vendos are designed to keep selling when the internet or our cloud is down ("offline-first"); the dashboard, sync and online payments need the cloud. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may do maintenance and updates, and will try to give notice for planned downtime.
6. Payments by your customers
When online payments (such as GCash through PayMongo) are switched on, the payment provider's own terms also apply. We are not a bank and do not hold your customers' money.
7. Suspension and closing
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts other users or the service at risk. You may close your account at any time; you can export your data before closing.
8. Ownership
JANDY, its software, firmware, logo and designs belong to Jandy Tech. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them while your license is active. Your sales data belongs to you.
9. Warranty and liability
JANDY is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by hardware, power, internet outages or third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Consumer Act or other laws that cannot be waived.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and notify operators of important changes in the dashboard. Continuing to use JANDY means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the Philippines. Disputes go to the proper courts of Digos City, Davao del Sur, after we first try to settle them in good faith.
