Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Jandy Internet Installation Services, operating the Jandy Tech brand ("we", "us"), handles personal data in JANDY — the Piso WiFi vendo software, the cloud dashboard at cloud.jandy.tech and this website. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its implementing rules.

1. Two kinds of people, two roles

Operators — businesses that use JANDY to run Piso WiFi vendos. For their account data, we are the personal information controller.
WiFi end-users — people who connect to an operator's vendo. The operator is the controller of their data; we process it on the operator's behalf only to provide the service.

2. What we collect

From operators:

Business name, your name, mobile number and email (at sign-up).
Your password — stored only as a one-way hash; we can never see it. Login records (date, IP address, browser) and an audit log of account actions.
Router and coin-box information: model, a hashed hardware identifier (used to allow one free trial per router), status, health and software version.
Sales and session records synced from your vendos, prices, vouchers and settings.
Payment records when you buy license credits (amount, date, reference number). We do not store card numbers or e-wallet passwords.
Support messages, with phone numbers, emails and similar details removed first.

From WiFi end-users (on behalf of the operator):

The device's MAC address, the time bought, the amount paid, the coin/GCash/voucher used and a receipt reference — needed to give and track internet time.
We do not record the websites end-users visit or the content of their traffic.

3. Why we use it

To create and secure your account and run the service (contract).
To show your sales, sessions and device status in your dashboard (contract).
To manage trials, licenses and credits, and prevent abuse such as repeated free trials (legitimate interest).
To answer support requests and fix problems (contract / legitimate interest).
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Cloudflare — secure network connection to our servers (traffic passes through it).
PayMongo — only when online payments are switched on, to process payments.
An AI provider (Anthropic) — only if AI support is switched on; messages are redacted before they are sent. It is currently off.
Government authorities, only when the law requires it.

Each operator sees only their own organization's data.

5. Where and how long we keep it

Account, sales and device records: while your account is active.
Support conversations: deleted automatically after 90 days (7 days if marked short).
After you close your account we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except records we must keep by law (e.g. payment records for tax purposes).

6. How we protect it

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, encrypted device secrets, signed router-to-cloud sync, role-based access, audit logs and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

7. Cookies and storage

We use one login cookie (needed to keep you signed in) and your browser's local storage for your language and theme choice. No advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your rights

You may ask to be informed, access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, get a copy of it (data portability), and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. WiFi end-users should first contact the operator of the vendo they used; we will help the operator answer.

9. Children

Operator accounts are for adults (18+) running a business.

10. Changes

We will post changes here with a new date and tell operators about important changes in the dashboard.

Patakaran sa Privacy

Ipinapaliwanag dito kung paano hinahawakan ng Jandy Internet Installation Services, na nagpapatakbo ng Jandy Tech ("kami"), ang personal na impormasyon sa JANDY — ang Piso WiFi vendo software, ang cloud dashboard sa cloud.jandy.tech at ang website na ito. Sinusunod namin ang Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

1. Dalawang uri ng tao, dalawang papel

Operators — mga negosyong gumagamit ng JANDY para sa Piso WiFi vendo. Sa datos ng kanilang account, kami ang controller.
WiFi users — mga kumokonekta sa vendo ng operator. Ang operator ang controller ng kanilang datos; pinoproseso lang namin ito para maibigay ang serbisyo.

2. Ano ang kinokolekta namin

Mula sa operators:

Pangalan ng negosyo, pangalan mo, mobile number at email (sa sign-up).
Ang password mo — naka-hash lang, hindi namin ito makikita. Mga login record (petsa, IP, browser) at audit log ng mga ginawa sa account.
Impormasyon ng router at coin box: model, naka-hash na hardware ID (para isang libreng trial lang bawat router), status, kalusugan at bersyon.
Benta at session na naka-sync mula sa vendo, presyo, voucher at settings.
Record ng bayad kapag bumili ng license credits (halaga, petsa, reference). Hindi kami nag-iimbak ng card number o password ng e-wallet.
Mga support message, na tinatanggalan muna ng numero, email at katulad nito.

Mula sa WiFi users (para sa operator):

MAC address ng device, oras na binili, halaga, ginamit na barya/GCash/voucher at receipt reference — kailangan para maibigay at masubaybayan ang oras ng internet.
Hindi namin itinatala ang mga website na binubuksan nila o ang laman ng kanilang traffic.

3. Bakit namin ito ginagamit

Para gawin at protektahan ang account mo at patakbuhin ang serbisyo.
Para ipakita ang benta, session at status ng device sa dashboard mo.
Para sa trial, license at credits, at para pigilan ang abuso gaya ng paulit-ulit na libreng trial.
Para sagutin ang support at ayusin ang problema.
Para sumunod sa batas, buwis at accounting.

Hindi namin ibinebenta ang personal na datos at hindi ginagamit sa advertising.

4. Kanino namin ito ibinabahagi

Cloudflare — ligtas na koneksyon papunta sa aming server.
PayMongo — kapag naka-on lang ang online payment.
AI provider (Anthropic) — kapag naka-on lang ang AI support; tinatanggalan muna ng personal na detalye. Naka-off ito ngayon.
Sa gobyerno, kapag hinihingi lang ng batas.

Sariling organisasyon lang ang nakikita ng bawat operator.

5. Gaano katagal namin ito iniingatan

Account, benta at device record: habang aktibo ang account.
Support conversation: kusang binubura pagkalipas ng 90 araw (7 araw kung short).
Pagsara ng account, buburahin o gagawing anonymous sa loob ng 90 araw, maliban sa kailangang itago ayon sa batas (hal. record ng bayad para sa buwis).

6. Paano namin ito pinoprotektahan

HTTPS, naka-hash na password, naka-encrypt na device secret, signed na sync, access ayon sa role, audit log at regular na backup. Walang sistemang 100% ligtas; kung may breach na makakaapekto sa iyo, aabisuhan ka namin at ang National Privacy Commission ayon sa batas.

7. Cookies at storage

Isang login cookie lang (para manatili kang naka-login) at local storage para sa wika at theme. Walang advertising o tracking cookie.

8. Ang iyong mga karapatan

Puwede kang humiling na malaman, makita, itama, burahin o tutulan ang pagproseso ng datos mo, kumuha ng kopya nito, at magreklamo sa National Privacy Commission. Ang mga WiFi user ay unang kumontak sa operator ng vendo; tutulungan namin ang operator na sumagot.

9. Mga bata

Ang operator account ay para sa 18 taong gulang pataas na may negosyo.

10. Mga pagbabago

Ipo-post namin dito ang pagbabago na may bagong petsa at aabisuhan ang operators sa dashboard kung mahalaga.
